The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, a Small Business Saturday Neighborhood Champion, will kick off its 2018 Shop Small Movement with a Business After Hours Event at Linvilla Orchards on Thursday, Nov. 1 from 5-7 PM.

The organization is bringing together a few of Delaware County’s favorite businesses to promote shopping local this holiday season. Vendors that will be attending the event include:

• Camp Adventureland
• Drexelbrook Catering & Corporate Events Center
• The Inn at Swarthmore
• Instaglamour Photo Booth
• Swiss Farms
• Thunderbird Pizza II of Springfield

Started in 2010 by American Express and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Small Business Saturday is a nationwide shopping event aimed at supporting small businesses by encouraging people to shop local. Small Business Saturday complements some of the other shopping events that take place throughout the holiday season, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
