Regional Business Coordinator
This position manages the coordination and execution of business strategies at a market level, including contract and promotional execution and related client and partner communications. He/she enhances partner connectivity projects through auditing and training systems and processes. The person acts as a first line of support for hotels related to contracting and system issues, while developing best practices and guidelines for hotels to follow.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. He/she will preferably have travel industry and project management experience. The person will be familiar with data management. Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Digital Design Manager
This position manages the design, implementation, production, and maintenance of all digital creative components, including websites, emails, social media campaigns, and online display banners. He/she collaborates on web site development, and executes strategic design decisions. The person leads the web design team in maintaining updates, utilizing brand standards and best practices, and considering user experience in all digital creative components.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and proven skills in the management of a creative team and/or art direction. He/she will be able to work with a team to create and execute digital design strategies with a focus on analytics and data value. The person will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, have expertise in HTML5 and CSS, and be familiar with CMS, JQuery, and more.

Channel Manager QA Analyst
This position manages day-to-day support for the hotels by tracking all issues and prioritizing their resolution in a timely manner. He/she decides on the appropriate actions to be taken to resolve system errors or problems. The person assists with new connectivity configurations, and ensures that properties are configured correctly and that mapping is correct. He/she provides support and training.
