Assistant Director, Technology and Media – School of Engineering

This position develops and provides training to faculty, staff, and students on the utilization of technology and media; serves as a liaison in technology planning efforts; and analyzes, designs, and develops techniques for enhancing outreach and recruitment initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in instructional technology, business, or a related discipline and three years of relevant work experience; experience developing and providing computer-related training; and effective organizational and interpersonal skills.

Director of Relationship Development

This position develops relationships and initiatives to recruit students and enhance program enrollments; works to enhance SBA brand and market awareness; monitors the SBA website by maintaining content accuracy and tracking effectiveness in generating leads and applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business or a related discipline; experience in higher education in a similar or related role; experience in digital marketing and/or social media campaigns; and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Health Intervention Specialist

This position works with local partner organizations to recruit participants for program pilot testing; facilitates workshops, trainings, and other health-related lesson plans; and provides professional development to community educators and practitioners regarding sexual health and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in psychology, social work, health education, or a related discipline; and experience implementing evidence-based curriculum.
