Front End Software Engineer

This position develops, tests, deploys, and supports new and innovative single-page applications, optimizes applications for maximum speed and offline use, and builds reusable code and libraries.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, a minimum of four years of front end web development experience, and two years of single page application development with AngularjS or a similar framework.

Quality Assurance Engineer

This position participates in design reviews to identify test strategy and scope, designs test cases to validate usability, functionality, and data integrity, and isolates, reports, and verifies software defects.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in software testing, detailed knowledge of the software development life cycle, Linux or UNIX experience, and strong knowledge of database technology and SQL queries.

Scrum Master

This position develops and manages detailed project schedules, oversees the scrum process and communicates with the team, and leads and organizes daily sprint ceremonies, sprint review, and planning meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of Scrum Master experience, two years of experience working in an Agile environment, and experience in JIRA in a continuous deployment and multiple scrum/sprint environment.

Head of People Operations

This position meets, evaluates, and guides department managers regarding team performance, productivity, and organizational needs, and manages the process of recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring candidates.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field and a minimum of seven years of human resources, talent management, or acquisition/operations experience within high-growth technology startups.
