Preferred Sands provides services in exploration and production for oilfield companies, and its headquarters has everything from an antique pickup truck to bicycles hanging from the ceiling.

The layout of the office in the Radnor Corporate Center is designed to encourage interaction between employees and the company’s leadership team. Even the CEO sits at a workspace instead of in an office. This allows everyone to work together at all levels to solve problems and grow as a team.
