Teacher – The Haverford Center

This position monitors the welfare, health, and safety of children in the group, including classroom organization; uses appropriate positive discipline and trains new staff so discipline is consistent; and drafts and posts daily lesson plans and executes educational curriculum in the classroom.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with a minimum of two years of experience working with young children; a high energy level with a proactive approach to work; and a sense of humor, enthusiasm, and high ethical professional standards.

Library Services Coordinator

This position catalogs and orders library and archival materials; oversees library resources, including all purchases for Haverford School libraries; and provides reference and reader services, including technical support to students and faculty.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills; experience with office productivity tools, social media tools, and databases; and a positive approach to work.

Head Varsity Soccer Coach

This position acts as the director of the soccer program at all levels of the school; submits budgetary and personnel requests at the end of each season; coordinates awards and special events; and recruits mission-appropriate, qualified student-athletes to the school.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of coaching experience; training in and an understanding of all aspects of soccer; effective verbal and written communication skills; and excellent leadership skills.
