Compassus – a nationwide network of community-based hospice, palliative, and home healthcare services with a location in Newtown Square – visited Five Star Senior Living in Glen Mills last month to honor its veterans for both Armed Forces Day and Memorial Day.
The veterans were given a plaque, thanking them for their service. They, and the branches of the military they represent, include:
- Army: Charles Miller III, Ernest Wiles, Douglass Lang, Francis Tafoya, and Alfred Barr
- Navy: Don Hays and Earl Johnson Jr.
- Air Force: Kenneth Levase and Chester Piotrowicz
