Ticket Processing Coordinator

This position handles inbound calls from external and internal customers needing technical and sales support; tracks the progress of service requests for customers with providers; and processes sub-contractor and dealer invoices for payment in conjunction with departmental goals.

The ideal candidate will possess prior A/P and/or service coordinator experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; technical knowledge of various electronic security systems; and the ability to be highly detailed and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Support Representative

This position answers technical service, contractual, alarm, and data entry inquiries; troubleshoots customer alarm system problems by establishing and resolving the root cause of the issue; and assists customers with new products, billing issues, contracts, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; one to three years of customer-facing work experience; one to two years of security industry experience; and technical support experience or related technical troubleshooting experience.

Collections Representative

This position handles a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department; reviews account adjustments; reduces account delinquency by collecting past due balances; and resolves client discrepancies and short payments.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of one year of collections or accounts receivable experience; the ability to meet or exceed calls-per-day goals; and effective communication and negotiation skills.
