IT Project Consultant

This position performs requirement and data collection, report design, and data analysis and presentation; monitors data quality and requests data updates; and identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, economics, or a related discipline; strong analytical and communication skills; and basic IT infrastructure services and cloud computing experience.

Senior Support Engineer

This position coordinates with the Focus Technical Quality Manager to answer difficult functional or technical questions and execute concrete tasks; delivers expert-guided implementation and onsite services; and drives the development of necessary supportability features and support offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related discipline; five years of relevant experience; and three years of experience in a variety of areas, including database administration and optimization and E2E business process integration.
