This position collaborates with clients to ensure that proposed solutions will solve clients business needs; educates clients on Relay products and gathers and refines technical requirements; and quickly anticipates project risks, communicates project status, and resolves issues.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in client success, project management, or software implementation; SaaS and start-up experience; strong verbal and written communication skills; and strong multi-tasking capabilities.

Product Marketing Manager

This position gathers competitive intelligence and market trends in the mobile engagement automation space to inform product strategy; creates business cases for product line extension; and coordinates with marketing to support sales enablement and market launches of new products.

Front End Software Engineer

This position develops, tests, deploys, and supports new and innovative single-page applications; builds reusable code and libraries; and works creatively, collaboratively, and iteratively with a team of developers and product managers to bring new ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline; a minimum of four years of experience in Front End Web development; and a minimum of two years of Single Page Application development with Angular 2.x or a similar framework.
