Keystone Property Group plans to expand its three-building office complex in Tinicum, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The developer plans to add an Airport Business Center at the intersection of Stevens Drive and Governor Printz Boulevard. It will consist of a 428,734-square-foot addition to one of the existing buildings. The expansion will be constructed on a parcel adjacent to 200 Stevens Drive, next to the building currently leased to AmeriHealth Caritas.

The new addition will add more space for the expansion of the current tenant. It will also enable AmeriHealth Caritas to grow to around a total of 700,000 square feet over time.

Currently, it has 300,000 square feet at the Airport Business Center, as well as 150,000 square feet at the nearby International Plaza.

In addition to the building expansion, Keystone Property plans to construct a four-level and a two-level parking structure. These will create around 1,800 parking spaces.
