The Radnor-based Lincoln Financial Group recently saluted the Philadelphia Eagles for winning Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis.

Since the 2003 season, Lincoln has been the sponsor of Lincoln Financial Field – home of the Super Bowl champion Eagles.

“Like all their fans, Lincoln Financial applauds the Eagles’ players, coaches, and staff for a well-deserved and hard-earned victory,” said Lisa M. Buckingham, executive vice president. “While the Patriots put up a good fight, in the end, the boys from Philly were not to be denied. Fly, Eagles, fly!”

The partnership between the Eagles and Lincoln Financial goes well beyond the Lincoln Financial Field sponsorship and extends to numerous community initiatives. Lincoln is a financial contributor to the Eagles Charitable Foundation and sits on its board of directors.

Prior to the big game, Lincoln Financial also supported the Eagle Eye Mobile, which provides free vision screenings, eye exams, and prescription glasses to under-insured and uninsured children, as it stopped at schools while traveling from Philadelphia to Minneapolis over the past two weeks.

Lincoln Financial also is a presenting sponsor of the Eagles Autism Challenge, which is dedicated to raising much-needed funds for innovative autism research and programs.
