Four Delco High Schools Among State’s Top 50 in Highest SAT Scores

Radnor High School ranks among Pennsylvania’s highest-scoring public high schools on the SAT, according to a report in the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Radnor checked in at No. 4 with a Mean Total of 1,264 on the Evidence-Based Reading & Writing and Math sections of the test.

Strath Haven also cracked the Top 10, ranking sixth with a Mean Total of 1,246.

Garnet Valley is at No. 30 with a Mean Total of 1,183, while Haverford High School is No. 47 with a Mean Total of 1,164.

The ranking is based on scores from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for tests taken in 2017. However, due to the changes in how it now measures performance, the latest scores cannot be compared exactly with previous years.
