Assistant to the CBO

The Assistant to the CBO is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations, making travel arrangements and organizing and maintaining files and records.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3 years or more related experience, advance Microsoft Office Suite expertise, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients, vendors, prospects, and guests.

Financial Reporting Coordinator

The Financial Reporting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and close process of the Union and related entities, in addition to providing support in other areas of the department including creating analytical and proforma models for key business functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, is familiar with all aspects of basic accounting and has a strong desire to learn and grow within the department with a goal of expanding to other areas of responsibility in the department.  The candidate should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a member of a team.

Philadelphia Union Academy-Operations Coordinator

The Academy Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing effective administration of Philadelphia Union Academy’s day-to-day operational and administrative needs including administering Union Academy registrations, travel logistics, game day needs, oversight of SAP system, and data management.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, a demonstrated ability to thrive in a demanding environment while multi-tasking projects across various stakeholders and have experience or knowledge of soccer industry.
