As 2017 comes to a close, Dr. L. Joy Gates Black, president of Delaware County Community College, takes a moment to reflect on this year of new beginnings at the school.
“I joined the college as president in July, and am inspired by the hard work of our faculty, staff, and community partners in providing our students with quality, accessible, affordable education and training,” she said.
“Your passion for and dedication to our students’ success and the way that you have embraced me is heartwarming. I truly feel a part of the family, and for that, I am grateful.”
