Human Resources Manager

Responsible for managing the entire HR function for at Eastern Controls including the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, as well as talent acquisition, retention, legal compliance, employee relations, as well as employee training & professional development.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, seven to ten years of progressively responsible HR generalist experience and be able to inspire and motivate others.

Applications Specialist I, II and III

The Applications Specialist at Eastern Controls provides in-depth product and application knowledge and sales support, including pricing and delivery information to customers, formulating and implementing proposals for a myriad of short term and long term projects, and evaluate incoming orders for proper product selection and application.

In addition to being mechanically and/or technically adept and having a customer facing personality, candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience and knowledge of temperature and pressure control, flow of fluids, and a good working knowledge of process. Computer skills in MS office suite, AutoCAD, and a CRM system such as Tour de Force or Sales Force are preferred.
