This position resolves complicated questions and issues related to patient accounts, coordinates and distributes workloads proactively within the department, and provides training to newly hired employees and current employees.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one year of experience within the company or the department, superior knowledge of departmental processes and procedures, and thorough knowledge of CPR+.
