WSFS Bank, the recipient of a 2017 Gallup Great Workplace Award and the philly.com’s Top Workplace 2017 award, is looking to fill a variety of positions, and will host an open house on Tuesday, Oct. 17 from 3-7 PM at its banking office in Wayne, located at 724 West Lancaster Avenue, Suite 210.

Specifically, WSFS Bank is looking for Personal Bankers in Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery and County, as well as several Mortgage Loan Processors.

Personal Bankers are provided with a series of classroom and hands-on experiences at various banking offices to apply the knowledge and skills learned. Training covers applications used to conduct transaction processing and account opening, referral techniques, customer service, and relationship-building.

Each associate will be positioned for success over a six-to-nine-month period with the necessary knowledge needed to provide stellar service and become an engaged member of the organization. WSFS Bank provides a continuous learning environment, challenging work, and opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates will get to know their customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend products and services.

In addition to learning how to open accounts and submit loan applications, this position will be responsible for a cash drawer, achieve personal deposit and loan sales goals, and process customers’ transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

This position will staff a banking office in Delaware County, which can include Media, Glen Mills, Concordville, Lansdowne, Springfield, Havertown, Newtown Square, and surrounding areas.

The Mortgage Loan Processor will be based in Wayne and be responsible for the comprehensive gathering of all necessary information needed for the processing and closing of mortgage loan requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

This position will also initiate communications with customers, loan officers, and other involved parties to the transaction to obtain necessary documentation and provide loan status updates to customers, resolve discrepancies or problems, and ensure quality customer service.
