This position gathers all necessary information needed for the submission of mortgage loan requests for underwriting review, including obtaining necessary documents, reviewing applications and supporting documentation, and ordering appraisals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, mortgage processing experience, excellent communications and customer service skills, and the ability to resolve problems quickly and make difficult decisions.

Mortgage Loan Closer (Wayne)

This position prepares and reviews critical closing documents for mortgage home loans, works closely with title companies to ensure all policies and procedures are maintained, and performs title searches.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, previous mortgage processing or closing experience, customer service experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements.

Retail Office Manager

This position leads and coaches a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and service targets, supervises and coaches the team on best practices, and develops branch referral pipelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or management, three to five years of management and/or supervisory experience, and extensive consultative sales experience with bank products.
