Secretary Associate

This position promptly processes adult therapy, doctor, and other billing as needed; processes charge corrections as needed; and resolves outstanding billing issues while working with staff to process billing in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, extensive experience in medical billing, strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to be self-starting and detail-oriented.

Service Director

This position oversees administrative responsibilities and the clinical work of the Child Outpatient Mental Health Program and School Assistance Program, and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed within the agency.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree, an appropriate clinical license, and knowledge and experience in utilizing evidence-based practices and working from a trauma-informed approach.

Certified Recovery Specialist

This position works with outside providers and referral sources to accept warm hand-offs of individuals, helps patients access drug and alcohol treatment services, and educates clients in the skills necessary to achieve and maintain recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; one year of drug and alcohol treatment experience; and computer skills, particularly in Excel.
