Coordinator for Residence Hall Operations

This position serves as the departmental liaison for moving services and supervises moving crews, processes and tracks requests for room and common area maintenance, and helps develop and present RA training and in-service programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though a master’s degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred, two years of experience in residence hall management, and strong interpersonal and human relations skills.

Gift and Estate Planning Coordinator

This position manages the trusts and estates administration process for realized gifts, reviews and interprets wills, trusts, and other estate documents, and oversees the planned gift acceptance process for new bequest intentions and life-income gifts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years of experience in trusts and estates, fundraising, or program administration, and knowledge of the estate planning and probate process.

Associate Director, Graduate Business Alumni Engagement

This position develops, assesses, and manages the MBA and EMBA Alumni Association volunteers and boards, designs and implements innovative alumni programs, and expands mentor outreach to create more mentoring relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of alumni relations and volunteer group management, and experience in operations, marketing, customer support, and relationship management.
