Happiness Manager (Customer Satisfaction Representative)
This position completes a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications, provides customer and policyholder support by email, phone, and chat, and troubleshoots inquiries and directs them to the appropriate department.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, and Internet browsers, and experience working in a call center environment.
