Executive Assistant/Construction Administrator

This position’s ability to manage multiple projects, with extreme attention to detail will ensure that projects are planned and executed appropriately. This job is uniquely different than the average office manager position. He/she will provide key management of communications, customer service, and administrative functions. The person will maintain project files, coordinating all aspects of multiple phase projects being run out of state.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience for a general contractor or related trade. A college degree with supporting practical intelligence is preferred. He/she should have excellent written and verbal skills, and be ambitious with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Working Project Manager Environmental/Construction Services

This position’s duties include oversight of all day-to-day project work activities, supervision of a crew of environmental workers in clean-up projects involving non-hazardous wastes, and the demolition of confined-space environments and site construction activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum five years of experience with environmental remediation, project management, or construction-related jobs.
