Senior Accounting Policy Lead

This position consults on complex technical accounting matters for assigned areas of responsibility, champions and enhances organizational initiatives, and prepares, reviews, and maintains accounting policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a minimum of four years of comparable work experience, CPA licensure, and a minimum of three to seven years of applicable accounting experience.

AVP, HR Project Management

This position contributes to strategy development for project and program management issues in assigned areas of responsibility, anticipates and provides solutions to complex project management issues, and mentors other team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, project management, or marketing, or a minimum of four years of comparable work experience, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience.

Senior Consultant, Organization and Leadership Effectiveness

This position leads efforts to address complex organizational team effectiveness, provides advice and counsel on organizational and team effectiveness-related issues, and administers and coaches others on assessment tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or business, or a minimum of five years of comparable work experience, and a minimum of five years of experience in organizational and leadership development.
