Athletics Operations Assistant

This position performs all athletics-related data entry (including team rosters, schedules, and scores), hires officials for each sport each season, and manages the day-to-day processes for the athletics and auxiliary programs departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of related work experience in an office setting support role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Business Office Coordinator

This position reviews all invoices for proper amount, approvals, and expense coding, obtains and maintains applicable forms for year-end tax reporting, assists with financial statement audits, and handles vendor and employee inquires of payables.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, two to three years of experience in an office setting, a minimum of one year of accounts payable experience, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Systems Administrator

This position installs, maintains, and upgrades IT systems for optimal performance, configures internal IT systems for the highest availability and resiliency, and recommends investments in policy, procedures, or technology to reduce risk and improve technical capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, a minimum of five years of experience, and experience with a broad range of technologies, including VMware, SAN, data centers, and more.

Maintenance Manager

This position develops and maintains the school’s preventative maintenance plan, develops maintenance procedures and ensures proper implementation, and carries out inspections of the facilities, identifying and resolving problems as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a vocational school or bachelor’s degree in business administration or facility management, proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role, and strong knowledge of all maintenance processes.
