Director of Sales

This position develops new and existing customer sales opportunities, creates and delivers effective presentations, proposals, and RFP responses, completes pricing and proposal models, and works with operations and implementation teams to transition new customers to full operation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though an MBA is preferred, a minimum of eight years of successful complex selling experience in a B2B environment, and previous experience managing people in a business environment.

Customer Support Specialist

This position handles customer inquiries, requests, and issues, works directly with customers, suppliers, and procurement on a daily basis, and provides exceptional customer service while ensuring that requests are handled in an efficient, timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in customer service and MRO, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and great organizational and communications kills.

Manager, Systems Integration
