This position provides career counseling to students and alumni, assists in the creation and delivery of programming and initiatives, and coordinates experiential education efforts in support of students’ career goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in higher education, counseling, or a related field, a minimum of one year of career services experience, and the ability to build relationships with different contingencies.
Associate Director of Annual Giving
This position directs annual fundraising strategies, activities, and programs, creates and oversees individual giving initiatives, manages a portfolio of donors and leadership donor prospects, and manages the student philanthropy council.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, experience in relationship-building in a philanthropic environment, and the ability to build, manage, and engage volunteer teams from a variety of age groups and professions.

This position develops strategic public relations initiatives that involve media relations, special events, and digital content development, develops and disseminates press releases and other PR materials, and helps develop digital communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, one to three years of public relations or journalism experience, and previous social media and/or website content maintenance experience.
Admissions and Student Services Counselor
This position develops and implements strategic initiatives that help meet the enrollment goals of the university, carries out various aspects of the admission and recruitment process, and establishes and maintains policy and procedural manuals.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of experience in recruitment, marketing, admissions, international student services, or a related field, and proficiency with ACES2 and LSAC.
