Mechanical Maintenance Technician

This position supports the planning and execution of plant production activities, participates in failure analysis and equipment and systems troubleshooting, and provides routine maintenance training to team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and a two-year technical degree, completed apprenticeship, equivalent military MOS, or a minimum of five years of trade/work experience in a related manufacturing field.

Operations Manager

This position provides leadership for a team of 60 operators, manages an annual budget exceeding $10 million annually, establishes team vision and objectives, and safely produces and ships quality products.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two to three years of leadership experience, working knowledge of safety requirements and EHS systems and standards, and experience managing distribution centers.

Lead Mechanical Engineer

This position designs, develops, optimizes, and troubleshoots converting and utilities processes, leads product or process improvement projects, and develops equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and a minimum of four years of experience in a variety of technical and/or operational assignments in a manufacturing environment.

Environment, Health, & Safety Senior Manager

This position provides leadership for the environmental, health, and safety organization, develops EHS system improvement plans, ensures team compliance to required reporting activities, and ensures appropriate EHS subject matter expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in safety, risk management, or health, CSP certification, a minimum of seven to ten years of relevant experience, and considerable knowledge of industrial safety and environmental practices, systems, and regulations.
