Located in Middletown Township, Williamson College of the Trades is a men’s trade college, the only one in the country that gives all students full scholarships to cover tuition, textbooks, and room and board.

Program Director – Power Plant Technology

This position works with the facilities manager to oversee the power systems throughout the campus, supervises faculty and adjuncts, develops and updates curriculum, teaches courses, and supervises student workers in selected power plant projects and activities.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in power generation or a related discipline and at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience to the level of power plant administrator.

Registrar

This position registers all students, maintains permanent medical records, collects and disseminates institutional data, and manages transcripts, transfer credit, enrollment certification, and diploma issuance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an education-related discipline, though a master’s degree is preferred, and five years of experience in student records management and database management at the collegiate level.

Program Director – Horticulture, Landscaping & Turf Management

This position manages all aspects of the horticulture program and teaches horticulture theory, including arboriculture, landscape design and construction, plant propagation, turf establishment and maintenance, nursery maintenance, and more.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in horticulture and at least 10 years of progressively responsible trade experience to the level of job site supervisor.

Facilities Manager

This position manages facility construction projects and daily maintenance, evaluates project status, acts as the college’s technical representative, and interfaces directly with students and sub-contractors working on campus maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of general construction practices, contracting procedures, building codes, cost estimation, project management, and safety regulations.
