Adult Intensive Case Manager

This position handles a caseload of approximately 30 chronic and persistently mentally ill clients by developing goals focused on housing, family, friends, community activities, education, physical wellness, and more, with the goal of helping them gain independence.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline, and preferably will possess experience working with a mentally ill population.

Child Intensive Case Manager

This position handles a caseload of approximately 30 developmentally and emotionally disabled children and adolescents, develops goals to help transition aged youth to independence, and helps the youth achieve these goals through monitoring, evaluation, assessments, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline, and preferably will possess experience working with a mentally ill population.

Certified Recovery Specialist

This position assists clients in their transitions from the emergency room, inpatient treatment, or correctional systems by facilitating access to treatment and community resources, and in educating the client in the skills necessary to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency and recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a year of D&A experience, and computer skills, particularly with Excel.

Social Worker – Behavioral Health

This position performs duties in support of the hospital’s mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner, assists clients in obtaining services, and helps clients to progress in the community.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline and experience in a mental health field.
