Grounds Supervisor

This position performs administrative duties including developing and managing a budget and purchasing equipment and supplies; maintains all parking areas, boundary fencing, and associated equipment and machinery; and trains employees on the use of equipment and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in horticulture or a related discipline; five years of experience in grounds maintenance and three years of supervisory experience; a strong horticultural background; and basic computer knowledge and experience.

LPN

This position uses skilled interventions as ordered to provide symptom management and relief; provides interventions to alleviate residents’ pain or discomfort; participates in High Risk Rounds; and reviews, investigates, documents, and reports resident/family complaints and/or allegations of abuse.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or certificate from a licensed nursing program; Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse licensure; CPR certification; and one to two years of related long term care and/or assisted living experience.

RN Supervisor

This position supervises delivery of care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff; ensures that staffing and resident care standards are followed while on shift; and reviews medical record documentation for compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.

The ideal candidate will possess an active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license; a minimum of three years of RN experience in skilled nursing or assisted living; a minimum of two years of management experience; current CPR certification; and general computer skills.
