Senior Financial Analyst

This position operates and maintains the McKesson Decision Support system for assigned facilities. He/she identifies and troubleshoots errors, and resolves rejections found in integration audits. The person develops and modifies quarterly costing, and creates P&L and narrative reports. He/she works extensively with facility personnel in updating statistics, RVUs, remaps, and exclusion changes, confirming that they are compliant to departmental costing policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business-related field. He/she must have knowledge of financial statements, managed care terms, and healthcare reimbursement. The person will have experience with database management, word processing, and building and maintaining spreadsheets.

SQL Server Database Administrator

This position manages all databases and performs database administration, performance tuning, security, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He/she supports prototype development by designing, modeling, and creating databases, stored procedures, triggers, and more. The person maintains databases by updating statistics, re-indexing, structural modifications, capacity planning, and index analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of two years of experience in information technology, enterprise integration, data models, and transactional business rules. The person will have hands-on experience with ETL, DTS, T-SQL, and SQL server. Experience with oracle or Sybase is a plus.

Revenue Management Consultant

This position provides consultation, leadership, and managerial direction in the delivery of small to mid-size project initiatives for an operational area of revenue management. He/she manages and oversees team members’ work assignments, provides technical specialized leadership and guidance, and serves as a resource for problem resolution. The person acts as a consultative resource and maintains relationships with executive leaders, stakeholders, and decision makers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, informatics, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. He/she will have seven to ten years of progressively responsible operational, project management, consulting, or relevant professional experience.
