Cost Accountant

This position functions as a business support person for the plant, management team, and Americas finance team, taking responsibility for plant level costs and controls, as well as regional support in multiple areas.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, up to three years of experience in a similar role, and preferably will have experience with a manufacturing company and knowledge of SAP and One Stream.

Quality Assurance Engineer

This position ensures the successful execution of quality engineering tasks requiring the application and interpretation of standard and advanced principles, techniques, and procedures in a professional, productive, and creative manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a minimum of three years of relevant technical and customer-facing experience, and preferably will have automotive, CMM, and injection molding experience.

Business Analyst

This position works in a team environment to recommend, design, and deliver software solutions and evaluates existing Southco business functions related to materials management, production planning, and warehouse management.

The ideal candidate will possess five to seven years of professional experience with strong knowledge of MM, PP, and WM interface with other modules, a minimum of six years of significant, proven system configuration experience, and a bachelor’s degree.
