Compliance and Control Senior Associate

This position identifies and evaluates the organization’s risk areas, and provides key input to the development of the annual compliance plan. He/she assists in the planning, preparation, and tailoring of work programs, including measuring management’s effectiveness in meeting business objectives and supporting strategic objectives. The person assists in the design and completion of procedures to evaluate compliance in accordance with internal control frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He/she will have an active CPA certification or be making progress toward obtaining it. The person will have a minimum of three years of full-time experience as a financial statement/internal controls auditor.

Senior Purchasing Specialist

This position is responsible for the daily processing of gas purchase orders. He/she understands, organizes, and takes ownership of contracts, purchase orders, and in some cases good receipts. The person manages open requisitions, and works directly with accounts payable on purchase order and good receipt issues. He/she manages the gas material master settings and source list, working closely with production plants to ensure that stock levels are properly allocated.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in business, accounting, supply chain, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of five years of prior experience. The person will have in-depth knowledge of the purchase-to-pay process, including drop-ship transactions.

Billing and Dispute Manager

This position establishes annual billing and dispute management goals, monitors and measures receivable performance, and provides support to division and corporate management. He/she works closely with division management related to cylinder control and cash application. The person investigates methods of improving the capabilities of the organization through changes in structure, technology, or method.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. He/she will be able to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
