Located in Middletown Township, Williamson College of the Trades is a men’s trade college, the only one in the country that gives all students full scholarships to cover tuition, textbooks, and room and board. The college uses its endowment to cover two-thirds of its student costs each year, with the rest coming from private fundraising. The college and its students do not accept federal financial aid.

Facilities Manager

This position manages and directs facility construction projects, oversees daily maintenance, evaluates project progress, and confirms report status. He/she coordinates with the educational program directors for the assignment of students to accomplish campus maintenance work. The person acts as the college’s technical representative and interfaces directly with sub-contractors who are hired to perform campus maintenance projects and with students assigned to campus maintenance projects. He/she is responsible for safety and safe procedures on all campus projects.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of general construction practices, contracting procedures, building codes, cost estimating, project management, and safety regulations. Skill in at least one construction trade is a plus.

Registrar

This position registers all students and maintains their permanent academic records. He/she is responsible for transcripts, transfer credit, enrollment certification, the collection and dissemination of certain institutional data, and issuing diplomas. The person maintains the academic standards required by the college and federal and state regulations and laws regarding student records. He/she assists the Dean of Admissions in transferring applicant information into registered student information.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an education-related discipline. A master’s degree is preferred. He/she will have five years of experience in student records management and database management at the collegiate level. The person will be proficient with Microsoft Office.
