Network Engineer
This position develops and maintains network topology standards for the engineering team; assists in establishing standards and best practices for integration and managed service projects; oversees the company’s Mitel VoIP system; and creates network diagrams for client networks.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience with network design, systems administration, and server administration; a minimum of five years of experience designing and supporting core networks; and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Event Staging Video Technician
This position serves as on-site video engineer for corporate events held in hotel ballrooms, convention centers, arenas, and event tents; assists in the design of video for corporate events; operates Barco or Analog Way switchers; and prepares, supervises, and operates mid to higher level events.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of video engineer experience in corporate events, theater, TV, and/or event staging; effective communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely comm
unicate performance feedback; and good leadership skills.

Field Service Technician
This position diagnoses and repairs issues with AV systems for clients; troubleshoots and repairs defective equipment; performs routine preventative maintenance; responds to work order requests in a timely fashion; and adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in audio video or other related fields; a strong aptitude in AV systems knowledge and troubleshooting skills; familiarity with AV control and DSP code, including Creston, Biamp, AMX, Q-Sys, and Extron, and knowledge of networked systems and protocols.
