Experience Architect

This position conducts stakeholder and user interviews to collect and document business and design requirements; plans, conducts, and participates in user research; conducts competitive and/or heuristic analyses; and crafts solutions to meet user and business goals within time and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in information design, digital media, human computer interaction, or a related discipline; five to seven years of experience as an experience architect; and the proven ability to design methodologies for gathering and interpreting user data.

Director of Business Development

This position manages all aspects of client selling; develops and meets booking and revenue goals; maintains relevant target account lists and builds robust sales pipelines to achieve year-over-year accelerated growth; and works with team members in client and account meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a consultative sales role selling technology solutions and services; experience developing C-level relationships in strategic accounts; and exceptional strategic selling skills including discovery, ROI development, and tactical closing.

Program Manager

This position maintains consistent and highly successful delivery across all work streams; ensures that project teams are staffed with desired and complementary skill sets; jointly manages performance of project team members; and provides regular status and financial reporting for the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess proven client relationship experience with large complex customers; a minimum of 12 years of experience in digital solutions delivery; a minimum of five years of experience as project manager/program director; and certification in Scrum or Scaled Agile.
