Associate Executive Director

This position facilitates and coordinates various teams of management, leadership, and executives in providing vision and leadership for the community, achieving objectives for quality care and services, and reaching revenue, cost, and profitability targets. He/she speaks at marketing events and other public relations events outside of the community. The person plans and coordinates the implementation of, and response to, resident and employee satisfaction surveys.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though a master’s degree is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of five years of management experience with progressively more responsible positions, preferably in CCRCs, healthcare, hospitals, hospitality, and other customer-focused industries. The person will have strong planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Sales Associate

This position interacts with prospects through sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales, group sales, and one-on-one sales. He/she conducts phone sales that increase the quality and quantity of appointments attended by prospective residents. The person develops and sustains customer relationships that result in sales and revenue.

The ideal candidate will preferably have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. He/she will preferably have one to two years of experience in senior living sales. Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12-18 months) is preferred.

Human Resources Manager

This position facilitates the recruiting and selection process by working with management to ensure the selection of the best candidate for all positions. He/she provides an advocacy/consulting role for employees experiencing problems and issues that impact their jobs. The person processes unemployment and worker compensation claims, and tracks and ensures EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant human resources experience. He/she will preferably have a college degree, though additional years of experience may substitute. Experience in healthcare human resources is strongly preferred.
