Learning and Development Director

This position ensures that consistent, high quality training is developed and implemented for all Pentec Health Associates in alignment with the Companywide Training Policy. He/she participates in the assessment, analysis, design, development, and facilitation of training efforts and integrates best practices. The person focuses on training programs that will increase the performance of individuals and various departments/units served.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have two to four years of relevant experience. He/she should have extensive experience in handling, coordinating, and administering LMS, and experience in managing a large companywide training program. The person should have knowledge of healthcare disciplines (nursing, pharmacist, administrative, managerial, sales, etc.) and organizational dynamics.

Patient Care Coordinator

This position is accountable for the intake functions of the company. The primary goal for the position is to ensure the timely, seamless handling of patient referrals and the accurate qualification of patient benefits and insurance carrier criteria. This is inclusive of referral source communications to ensure complete medical information is obtained.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in computer data entry or a related field. He/she should have experience with CPR+, and have working knowledge of Home Infusion, Specialty Infusion, Dialysis, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Nutrition Therapy.

Reimbursement Specialist

This position is accountable for performing all Collections efforts. He/she will build and maintain relationships with payor representatives, and resubmit corrected, accurate, and timely Clean Claims for the required invoice type. The person will locate and monitor accounts overdue by more than 90 days. The individual will verify accuracy of charges, and correct errors in accounts, as needed.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of healthcare experience, and a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a billing or collections role within a physician office, specialty infusion, home care, or related field. The person will have a customer service orientation, respectful speaking manner, conveyance of empathy, and effective listening.
