Special Systems Discipline Lead

This position is responsible for the technical accuracy of all products produced through the Design Studio. He/she ensures accuracy of finished product design, reviewing for completeness and conflict avoidance, and ensures clients’ objectives are being met throughout life cycle. The person develops solutions to various engineering problems, and ensures projects are within scope, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and have a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification. He/she should have a minimum of at least five years of progressive experience, as well as thorough knowledge of design-to-completion engineering processes. The person should have extensive knowledge of engineering principles and design packages, and exceptional communications skills.

Senior Electrical Engineer

This position will support the Operations Manager in the achievement of the company’s short- and long-term goals for operations, workforce planning, financial performance, and growth by establishing, promoting, and assuring high quality on all assigned projects. He/she will support the management of company processes, the technical quality of work product output, and the oversight of office and project staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical capacity reflecting increasing responsibility. He/she will be proficient in project management concepts and with software (AutoCAD and Revit). The person will also have advanced knowledge of codes specific to area of expertise, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize while being detailed and safety-oriented.

Electrical Discipline Lead

This position is responsible for the technical accuracy of all products produced through the Design Studio. He/she supports the Operations Manager to recruit new studio staff, recommend staff for promotion and rate increases, oversee their performance evaluations, and ensure the enforcement of company policies, terminating employees who consistently fail to perform to company standards and/or adhere to company policies. The person participates on projects during design, bidding, and construction administration, and prepares technical and cost aspects for submissions.

The ideal candidate will be a registered engineer with at least 10 years of experience. He/she will have thorough knowledge of design-to-completion engineering processes, and extensive knowledge of engineering principles and design packages. The person will have the ability to model Company Leadership expectations and maintain discretion.
