Listed alongside some of the world’s most famous moms, SAP’s Jennifer Morgan has made her mark for transforming the cloud and gender equality.

In a letter addressed to the Daily Times, Jennifer Morgan, president of SAP’s Newtown Square-based North American headquarters, said the German software company remains committed to the area.

“There has been some concern over recent media coverage in the Philadelphia area suggesting that SAP has plans to move our North America headquarters from Newtown Square to New York City,” wrote Morgan.

“This has understandably raised concerns and angst for some, and I want to address it directly and set the record straight.

“Later this year, SAP will be opening a beautiful new office in New York City. We’re in the process of renovating our space in Chicago, we’ve opened a new office in Atlanta, and rolled out a brand new location in Boston. These are just a few examples of our continuous efforts to improve and better align our real estate footprint across North America to our business needs and growth plans.

“The new location in the prestigious Hudson Yards development in Manhattan will unite all of our existing New York locations into one. But what it won’t do is alter our presence or footprint here in Newtown Square.”

Morgan added that “Delaware County and the greater Philadelphia area is our home and it will continue to be the home of SAP in North America.”
