Benefits Coordinator

This position provides support in the administration of the company’s health and welfare programs, including compensation. The incumbent will interact regularly with employees, HR Leaders, and providers to ensure proper and timely administration of benefits, compensation, and issue resolution for participants. He/she will prepare and pull bi-weekly reports of employee listings, including new hires, terminations, and other reports for validation and tracking purposes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have two to four years in benefits or related benefits administration experience. He/she will preferably have working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and employment law. The person must have knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work items in a fast-paced environment.

Quality Analyst, E Catalog

This position will maintain the accuracy of the Electronic Product Catalog (EPC) by analyzing new content for accuracy and completeness, using quality assurance tools. He/she will analyze reported application discrepancies provided by all users of the e-Catalog system, and take action by implementing modifications to existing content or add new content to address reported discrepancy. The person will develop and enhance value-add content, in support of products within e-Catalog database, and manage the activities of any contracted content enrichment providers, both within and outside the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in business, and have previous experience in e-Catalog content processing. He/she should have understanding of the MRO workplace and maintenance operations.

Customer Support Specialist

This position facilitates and handles customer inquiries, requests, and issues from several sources, such as phone calls, e-mails, faxes, and/or a CRM (Customer Resolution Management) system. He/she will work directly with customers, suppliers, and a Procurement team on a daily basis. A key component of this position is to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring that requests are handled in an efficient, timely manner. The person will secure documentation from suppliers, carriers, customers, and other business entities for data updates, routing, and retention.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of working experience in customer service or purchasing. He/she should have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. The person should have strong interpersonal and phone skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
