The Crozer-Keystone Health System was established in 1990 by the merger of Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland and Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill. Today, the health system also comprises three other hospitals: Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, Springfield Hospital, and Community Hospital in Chester. With more than 1,000 physicians and 6,000 total employees, Crozer-Keystone is the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County.

A/R Account Lead

This position will assist and work in conjunction with the Staff of the Insurance Group (POD) to ensure the patient’s account is correct from the inception of the account on the DNFB, OPEX, or Suspense Report through correct adjudication of the account. He/she will identify the root cause of issues regarding claims over five days old from the date of import in XClaims, complete research, and work with the Specialist to resolve all systemic or procedural issues that result in the delay of claims being exported from XClaims.

The individual will assist staff with the functions and generation of reports from the Contract Manager. He/she performs duties in support of the Crozer-Keystone Health System mission to ensure the highest quality of Patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Financial Analyst

This position’s responsibilities include month-end close duties, variance analysis, account analysis, special projects, Kreg system maintenance and security, and electronic report publishing and distribution.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of three years of Healthcare finance experience. Proficiency with computer systems is required.

Practice Manager

This position directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of assigned practices in the network. He/she has overall operational responsibility for the routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff. This includes front desk, medical records, nursing, and ancillary services to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services of his or her assigned practice(s).

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration, and have at least three to five years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting. Experience in a Primary Care practice is strongly preferred.
