Zoës Kitchen, the fast-casual restaurant chain famous for its Mediterranean cuisine, is continuing its expansion in the Philadelphia region with a location in Newtown Square, writes Kenneth Hilario for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Texas-based restaurant chain already has 10 establishments in the wider Philadelphia region, including the Main Line and Cherry Hill. Founded in 1995, Zoës Kitchen has more than 180 locations in 19 states across the country.

The new, 2,873-square-foot location on West Chester Pike is expected to open in September with 90 seats inside and 26 outside.

Its hours of operation will be from 11 AM to 9 PM every day, with plans in process to offer beer and wine.
