Reporting Analyst

This position will be responsible for managing the enrollment process and report generation for a select group of VWR’s GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) customers. He/she will engage with VWR business owners to fully understand the terms of each contract, and ensure that VWR is compliant with those terms. Accurate and timely enrollments/dis-enrollments are necessary for GPO members, and process monitoring from start to finish is critical.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or sales functions, and have three to five years of experience reporting and data analysis. Experience in SAP/BW reporting is required.

Senior Regulatory Specialist

This position ensures VWR’s Federal and State compliance related to the storage, sale, and distribution of FDA-related materials, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals for the Americas. This position acts as the key interface for the Corporate Regulatory Affairs Organization to provide FDA and other related agency regulatory guidance and regulation interpretations that impact the Americas’ business. He/she keeps informed of regulatory regulations and changes, and implements the necessary changes to maintain company compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a science-related field, and have five to eight years of regulatory experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry. DEA knowledge and clinical experience is a plus.

QA Product Auditor

This position deals with internal and external complaints and corrective actions, due to product quality performance or defects and supplier process errors. He/she issues supplier non-conformance alerts for corrective actions. The person manages in a timely manner the communication, documentation, and research into incidents and injuries involving VWR associates, suppliers, and customers. He/she will also provide risk assessment and notification to management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a science discipline, and have at least three years of previous experience in Customer Service. Experience with regulated customers and suppliers is preferred, as is experience in support of customer and supplier complaint management.
