Support Engineer

This position develops best practice solutions and operations and establishes these during delivery at our customers. He/she applies a project-based delivery approach, which is realized through the cooperation of the Innovation and Operation Control Center (ICC & OCC) at customers and the deployment room in SAP’s Mission Control Center (MCC). The person applies a high level of application, technical, development, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Information Systems, or a related field. He/she should have three years of experience involving Supply Chain Management processes with a focus on Demand Planning and Supply Planning. Experience with ABAP programming and debugging to identify root cause of critical issues reported by customers is required.

Retail Business Processes Consultant

This position will contribute in blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phase of an Enterprise IT project life cycle. He/she will provide business process, as well as functional expertise, and project guidance to our clients to ensure their investment in SAP software and consulting services will make their business the best-run business. The person is also responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in each account, in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a Business Degree, and have at least five years of work experience in relevant consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing a Core Retail applications. Profound understanding of SAP Retail Business Processes is required, as is understanding of IT product and project life cycle.

Architect

This position will provide conceptual and logical solution design support and architecting solutions when core SAP can and can’t be deployed out of the box, which includes development work. He/she will provide Architect Services and development support for platform domain covering Cloud technology, Big Data, User Interface, Integration & Analytics, and HANA support. The person will also provide Architect Services for Business Network Domain covering B2B, B2C, and B2B2C.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and have seven years of experience. Experience must involve SAP Application areas under Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to include Product Data Management (PDM), Visual Enterprise(VE), Engineering Control Center (ECTR), and Portfolio Project Management (PPM).
