This position will deliver information and actionable intelligence for Strategic Marketing. He/she will perform analyses of market conditions, trends, and forecasts, and advise and execute specific research initiatives. He/she will contribute to the development of Market Intelligence structures and tools, and execute market intelligence processes in line with business needs. The person will provide clear insights on the macro-economic environment and competitive landscape that DLL operates within as a basis for strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree, and have three to seven years of work experience with at least two in a research role, preferably in financial services sector. Experience in a global environment is desirable. Good knowledge of market research tools and sourcing of marketing data is required.

Industry Credit Risk Officer
This position provides market and industry expertise in the development of global vendor programs in line with risk policy. He/she assumes responsibility for completing the global vendor applications, being ultimately responsible for meeting quality standards. The person participates in global vendor business reviews with the focus on portfolio performance, portfolio quality, and ongoing risk strategy. The position will also develop, administer, and monitor global-loss pools.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least 10 years of credit risk experience in a financial industry, preferably in the equipment leasing segment. He/she will have experience in managing complex projects or programs.

Senior Management Assistant
This position proactively manages, assists, and supports the schedule of the SVP, Information Management Americas. He/she will arrange and coordinate travel itinerary, and prepare expense reports in a timely manner. The person will also coordinate and participate in management meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and gathering/preparing materials.
The ideal candidate will possess at least six years of administrative experience supporting senior-level management, including a minimum of two years in the finance and/or leasing industry. Superior knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products and Sharepoint is required.
