Newtown Square-Based Sunoco Logistics Announces 44th Straight Quarterly Increase

sunoco logistics logoNewtown Square’s Sunoco Logistics Partners, a publicly traded limited partnership that owns and operates a logistics business, and its general partner, Sunoco Partners LLC, have announced that this year’s first quarter is the 44th straight they have increased distribution.

Sunoco Partners LLC declared a cash distribution for the first quarter of $0.489 per common unit ($1.96 annualized) to be paid on May 13 to unit holders of record on May 9.

This represents a 17 percent increase over last year’s first-quarter cash distribution of $0.419 per common unit ($1.68 annualized).

The partnership will hold a conference call Thursday, May 5 at 8:00 AM to discuss its financial results for the first quarter. Earnings are expected to be released after the market closes the day before.

Those wishing to listen can access the call by dialing 1-800-369-2171 and requesting “Sunoco Logistics Partners Earnings Call.” The conference code is “Sunoco Logistics.” This event may also be accessed by a webcast, which will be available at http://www.sunocologistics.com/. A number of presentation slides will accompany the audio portion of the call and will be available to be viewed and printed shortly before the call begins.

Individuals wishing to listen to the call on the partnership’s web site will need Windows Media Player, which can be downloaded free of charge from Microsoft or from Sunoco Logistics Partners’ conference call page. Please allow at least fifteen minutes to complete the download.
