Human Resources Manager

This position is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and operation of human resources and the human resources team across all company locations. He/she directs and advises management at each location on policies, action recommendations, and practices to support the company’s strategic success.

Marketing Representative

This position will be trained on all products with the opportunity to generate business through the delivery of interactive presentations to prospective and existing clients. Primary responsibilities include interfacing with decision-makers on a daily basis, and working in an outside business development position in various settings, including retail and event marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. He/she should have the ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise, and should have the desire to mentor other colleagues after refining skill set.

Junior Accountant

This position will review, enter, and pay installer and supplier invoices, and process customer invoices. He/she will assist with monthly closings, review project margins for any significant irregularities and report to management, and reconcile installer and supplier accounts on an as-needed basis. The person will also work with the field office to identify and rectify billing errors, and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, and have some exposure to public accounting (audit or tax). He/she should have some combination of the following: Cash/AP/AR or Accountant reconciliation.
