Assistant Vice President of Financial Reporting

This position provides leadership, direction, and functional expertise on complex projects/initiatives. He/she will be responsible for leading the Consolidated Finance function for LFD including development of insights and messaging for quarterly earnings, financial plan, strategic plan, and key presentations. The person will also be responsible for quality and timeliness of financial results.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least 10 years of progressively increasing experience in a large public financial institution, including responsibilities related to quarterly earnings, investor presentations, shareholder meetings, complex accounting matters. He/she will have the demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan, and manage a large accounting issue or project and/or a strategic initiative that involves accounting.

Assistant Vice President of Fund Marketing

This position strategically develops and implements efficient and effective complex marketing programs and plans that result in measurable business goals and drive market awareness of Lincoln’s products and/or services. He/she will maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s), assess the impact, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have eight to ten years of experience in marketing that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for the position.

Data Analyst

This position will be responsible for obtaining data from various sources and combining it so that it can be easily used, manipulated, interpreted, and then inputted into established presentations and formats. It is also a function of the role that he/she understands the data and analyzes it for trends, opportunities, meaningfulness, outliers, and accuracy. Mitigating imprecise data situations and gaps is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three to five years of experience in reporting, analysis, and/or strategy that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. He/she will have proven strong project management skills, including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressures, and meet deadlines.
